We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell including all bullion and certified coins. This right is limited to three (3) days from the date on which the customer receives their items and notifies us, provided they are kept in their original packaging. We want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If for any reason you have a problem, please feel free to call our offices and discuss it with us. We will always do our best to accommodate you. If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money. In the event of circumstances that are beyond the control of Endeavor such as, acts of God, natural disasters, or other factors, your order may need to be amended or canceled. In the case of an amendment, we will contact you within 1 business day for approval. You will have the option to agree to the changes or cancel the transaction for a full refund.
